Privacy notice
How we use your information when you visit www.dimconex.com or get in touch about a project.
Who is responsible for your information
Dimconex Media, S.L. · CIF B-88414438 · Fernando Poo, 9, 28045 Madrid, Spain. For questions about your personal information, contact [email protected].
Information we collect
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message so that we can understand and reply to your enquiry. Your organisation, the services you are interested in and your budget are optional. Without the required fields, the form cannot be submitted; you can also contact us by email.
We record the enquiry, its date and language, delivery status and any internal notes needed to follow up. The enquiry is stored in our private dashboard and a notification containing it is sent to our team by email. Technical information, such as your IP address and request details, is also processed to deliver the website and prevent misuse.
Please share only what is needed to explain your project. The form does not ask for information about personal religious beliefs, health or other sensitive matters. Do not include confidential information or other people’s personal data unless necessary and you are entitled to share it.
Why we use it and our legal basis
Project and quotation requests: to discuss your needs and take the steps you request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For enquiries made on behalf of an organisation and other correspondence, our legitimate interest is to maintain professional contact and answer the request (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Website operation and security: to provide the pages you request, protect forms and administration access, and investigate abuse, based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We also process information when necessary to meet a legal obligation, including responding to data-protection requests (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not use your message for advertising profiles or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. Reading this notice is not a request for consent to unrelated uses of your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and related correspondence are kept for the time needed to answer the request and follow up on the proposed project. Once that purpose ends, information that is no longer necessary must be deleted or anonymised. Where a contract follows, relevant records are retained for that relationship and applicable legal obligations.
If particular records are needed to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a claim, retention is limited to the applicable obligation or limitation period, with access restricted to that purpose. Technical records are retained only as needed to investigate incidents and protect the service. Browser-storage durations are explained below.
Who can receive your information
The people handling your enquiry have access to it. Website hosting, technical maintenance, storage, backup and email services may also process the information required to provide their services. Authorities or courts may receive information where a legal obligation requires it. We do not sell enquiry data.
The location of processing depends on the hosting, email and other providers used. Any access from outside the European Economic Area must have an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact us for the providers, destinations and safeguards relevant to your enquiry, or to request a copy of those safeguards.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You can request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and request portability where its legal conditions apply. If a particular use relies on your consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Email the privacy contact below, explaining your request and enough information to locate your enquiry. We may ask for proportionate additional information if there is reasonable doubt about your identity; please do not send identity documents unless requested. Requests are normally free and answered within one month. If an extension is permitted because of complexity or volume, we will explain it within that first month.

You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), or to the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live, work or believe an infringement took place. Submit a complaint to the AEPD.
Spam protection
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the contact form. The widget connects your browser to Cloudflare and processes technical browser and interaction signals. On submission, we send Cloudflare your IP address and a verification token; we do not send your message or contact details to the verification service. A failed check prevents submission. You can retry without losing your message or contact us directly by email. This verification does not prevent browsing the public website.
Changes and other websites
